Built in 1951, by Alvin Lustig for artist June Wayne. This property is steeped in history and art. Contrary to its Hollywood Hills neighbors, this property has an estate feel that neglects the street curbside and is all city skyline. The focus was to emphasize the design concepts of Lustig. a graphic designer from the midcentury, with a fresh contemporary lifestyle layout. Another challenge was to encompass an addition from 1992, to look like a cohesive part of the original architectural intent.

Here, the landscape and architecture are redesigned to grow into each other and blur the line of inside and outside. This home is redefining its youth by celebrating the ideas of the past and reimagining its future in the Hollywood hills.
